Self-shaping and self-leveling interface for pneumatic sanders. Suitable for sanding putties and similar products. Recreates perfect shapes and angles.

Interchangeable abrasive support interface primarily designed for surface grinding and conceived for the bodywork or similar sectors, for the solution of all sanding problems.

To be used in combination with its dedicated backing pad Pad Totem.

It self-adapts to curvilinear profiles, offers a hard yet flexible support to the abrasive with uniform, constant and cushioned pressure.

• Thanks to its 12 mm sponge height, it adapts perfectly to all curvature radii present on surfaces, even extreme ones.
• It is equipped with a hypersensitive sponge to self-adapt the steel blade and abrasive applied to surfaces with maximum precision, resulting in high work performance and qualitative perfection on the new Skeletime sanding standard.

HOW TO USE:

• Place on the surface and operate the tool (it must not spin freely)
• For optimal performance, sanders with 5mm orbit are recommended, used smoothly following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing wide vertical, horizontal, and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure.
• To be used at medium tool speeds with Max 6000 RPM
• For an optimal result, it is advisable to apply it on its dedicated backing pad Pad Totem
• To further preserve its hook-and-loop adhesive, apply Interface Saver 1mm
• To further flatten its hook-and-loop adhesive and avoid sanding micro-incisions, apply Interface Converter 1mm
• The Skeletime system uses hook-and-loop adhesives of maximum quality and tenacity, and if the product is difficult to detach from the Pad Totem backing pad upon removal, especially when new, a spatula with a handle must be used to insert between the hook-and-loop adhesive and velour, and the edges of the backing pad must be held tightly. Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the Pad Totem backing pad.
