Self-shaping and self-leveling, suitable for sanding putties, gelcoats and similar products, on curved or flat surfaces. Suitable for industrial use with electric and pneumatic sanders.

Interchangeable abrasive support interface designed for surface grinding in all sectors, to solve all sanding problems.

To be used in combination with its dedicated backing pad Pad Totem.

It self-adapts to curvilinear and planar profiles, offering hard yet flexible support to the abrasive with uniform, constant and cushioned pressure.
Eliminates unwanted undulations and significantly reduces manual work.

It has a specific patented abrasive support system with an independent steel blade with a damping function, for the entire Interface 45 System

• Suitable for Electric and Pneumatic sanders.
• Thanks to its 6 mm foam height, it adapts discretely to all curvature radii present on surfaces and contains mechanical vibrations, which are amplified on this type of tool motorization.
• It is equipped with reinforced sponges for a long service life, with satisfactory results on the new skeletime sanding standard.

HOW TO USE: 

• Place on the surface and operate the tool (it must not run idle)
• For optimal performance, sanders with 5mm orbit are recommended, and use in a sliding manner following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing wide vertical, horizontal, and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure
• To be used at medium tool speeds with Max 6000 RPM
• For optimal results, it is recommended to apply it on its dedicated backing pad Pad Totem
• If you wish to preserve its original hook and loop adhesive more, apply Interface Saver 1mm
• To flatten its hook and loop adhesive more and avoid micro-incisions from sanding, apply Interface Converter 1mm
• The Skeletime system uses hook and loop adhesives of the highest quality and tenacity, and if the product is difficult to detach from the Pad Totem backing pad, especially when new, you need to use a spatula with a handle to insert between the hook and loop adhesive and velour and hold the edges of the backing pad tightly. Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the Pad Totem backing pad
