DESCRIPTION:

Skeletime® flexible steel plate backing pad to adapt to all surfaces and recreate their shapes and edges.

Designed to SELF-LEVEL predominantly concave and convex surfaces, but also flat ones if in good condition, because thanks to the patented 6 mm stroke Skeletime® FLEXIBLE steel plate, they always maintain a rigid support for the abrasive in contact and rectify undulations with perfect surfaces, significantly reducing manual work.

Designed to ALSO ELIMINATE DUST, because in addition to avoiding manual work, it is equipped with 24 airboxes and centralized holes with a Venturi effect, which amplify suction.

Suitable for all sanders and abrasives on the market.

Recommended mainly for the composite materials industry (nautical/aerospace/automotive), woodworking industry, sanding of plasterboard, and other industrial uses.

It is equipped with a 6 mm flexible sponge combined with Skeletime® steel.

With the backing pad and abrasive applied, it sands surfaces of all shapes with maximum precision, achieving high working efficiency and qualitative perfection on the new Skeletime® sanding standard.

With its 24 airboxes and centralized holes with Venturi suction effect, it leaves surfaces and environments dust-free.

Skeletime® THOR MEDIUM – FLEXIBLE SELF-LEVELLING SUPPORT, thanks to its patented flexible Skeletime® steel plate, transfers total abrasive contact to the surface, rectifying undulations and creating perfect shapes and profiles with edges.

The Skeletime® THOR MEDIUM FLEXIBLE SELF-LEVELLING BACKING PAD is compatible with electric or pneumatic sanders and is perfectly balanced to avoid consequent mechanical vibrations.

The Skeletime® THOR MEDIUM backing pad is recognizable by its grey pad during use.

Adapter kit (OPTIONAL) available for sanders with non-standard attachments, such as Festool or Rupes.
