Self-levelling and self-adapting HARD interface measuring 70 x 198 for mechanized or manual use, to be combined with a manual block where necessary. Suitable for sanding putties and similar materials. Recreates perfect curved shapes and angles.

Interchangeable abrasive support interface primarily designed for surface grinding and conceived for the body shop sector or similar, to solve all sanding problems.

It self-adapts to curved profiles of surfaces.

Maintains hard yet flexible support with uniform, constant, and cushioned pressure.

Eliminates unwanted undulations and significantly reduces manual work when used with the appropriate sander.

Skeletime® 70×198 HARD, used with the dedicated sander, eliminates the need for manual intervention on curved but narrow surfaces, in repairs of putty or similar materials where the D.150 Skeletime® does not fit, such as doors, hoods, fenders, etc., creating surfaces free of undulations and with precise edges.

YELLOW SPONGE 6 MM

• Suitable for Electric and Pneumatic sanders.
• Thanks to the 6 mm sponge height combined with a hyper-rigid but flexible plastic layer, it adapts to the curvature radii present on surfaces.
• Dampens mechanical vibrations.
• It features reinforced sponges for high durability, with surprising results on the new Skeletime® sanding standard.

Note:

Using two pieces of the same model is also suitable for 70x420 cm sanders or manual blocks.
