Interchangeable abrasive backing interface, primarily designed for surface rectification and conceived for the bodywork sector or similar, for the solution of all sanding problems.

To be used in combination with its dedicated backing pad Pad Totem

• Thanks to its 12 mm sponge height, it perfectly adapts to all curvature radii present on surfaces, even extreme ones.
• It is equipped with a hypersensitive sponge to self-adapt the steel blade and applied abrasive to surfaces with maximum precision, achieving high performance and qualitative perfection on the new Skeletime sanding standard.

HOW TO USE:

• Place on the surface and operate the tool (it should not run idle)
• For optimal performance, sanders with a 5mm orbit are recommended, used with a smooth motion following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing broad vertical, horizontal, and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure
• To be used at medium tool RPMs, with Max 6000 RPM
• To perfect the system, it is recommended to apply it to its dedicated backing pad, Pad Totem
• To better preserve its hook and loop adhesive, apply Interface Saver 1mm
• To further flatten its hook and loop adhesive and prevent micro-sanding scratches, apply Interface Converter 1mm
• The Skeletime system uses hook and loop adhesives of the highest quality and tenacity. If the product is difficult to detach from the Pad Totem backing pad upon removal, especially when new, use a spatula with a handle to insert between the hook and loop adhesive and velour, and firmly hold the edges of the backing pad. Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging the Pad Totem backing pad.
